Customer Support Representative - Manchester 

The Role:

Position: Customer Support Representative
Based: Manchester Head Office


Job Description:

Crystal Ball are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Representative responsible for ensuring that first-class service standards are delivered at all times and that our customers are dealt with efficiently and professionally with courtesy, quality and accuracy of content, speed and pro-active customer communication.


The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Liasing with engineers and customers to book convenient installation dates
  • Creation of customer accounts and issuing of customer user ids and passwords on multiple systems
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
  • Prioritise, plan and manage your work load when faced with multiple tasks 
  • Courtesy calls
  • Updating and maintaining account information on multiple systems 
  • Taking inbound calls from customers and resellers relating to product information, pricing and technical issues
  • Proactively respond to customer enquiries by performing basic troubleshooting and resolution to customer support incidents
  • Prioritising support cases and escalation of these to the relevant teams as required
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders on Microsoft Dynamics Nav.

Skills Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Have a good understanding of customer service
  • Experience in Sales Logix, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Microsoft Office and web browsers
  • Good listening / communications skills 
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Team worker
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Organised and have ability to prioritise own workload
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Work diligently when maintaining customer records and ensure that all queries are resolved in a satisfactory manner

Benefits:

Monday-Thursday 8.45am – 5.30pm Friday early finish at 5.00pm (No weekends)

20 days holidays plus bank holidays
