freedom notes
1) * freedom - is a no contract, payable quarterly rental scheme that can be terminated with immediate notice after the first three months, and does
not carry any termination penalties
2) The equipment supplied under the freedom package remains the property of Crystal Ball Ltd. Crystal Ball will de-install the equipment at the end
of the term for £79.00 + vat. Customers carrying out their own de-install and returning the equipment in a less than satisfactory condition will be
charged a fee of £299.00 + vat per unit.
3) freedom de-installation - has to occur within 14 days from the customer giving notice

1) my europe bolt-on includes 10mb of data per month which can be used in mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland.
2) data usage over the 10mb limit will be charged at a rate of £6.00 per mb
general terms and conditions
1) all prices quoted exclude vat
2) lease / system access charges are taken by DDM or SO quarterly in advance. Lease agreements are subject to a documentation fee of £95.00
3) system access charges include all GPRS and mapping charges within mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
4) installation will be carried out mon – fri (exc bank holidays) 9.00 -17.00. Installations outside these hours will carry a £25.00 surcharge per install. Where voltage droppers are required for commercial vehicles an additional £25.00 surcharge will be applicable.
